![]() I updated my chipset drivers and BIOS revision from the HP website, and still m.2 SSD doesn't work. I tried looking for drivers for the m.2 SSD device on the XPG and ADATA websites, but there is no software for this piece of equipment. Whenever I check my disk management, I don't see the m.2 SSD anywhere:Īlso, I don't believe the drivers are correct, because the device shows up with a yellow exclamation point called "Standard NVM Express Controller": ![]() I am fairly confident that I plugged it into the correct slot on the motherboard, because it was marked as "m.2 SSD" and was the only m.2 slot that had enough space to fit my SSD. I recently purchased a XPG SX7000 m.2 2280 PCIe Gen3x4 SSD to upgrade my HP desktop to be faster.
